This list of fisheries is by no means exhaustive, and the ones we have missed out is due to the fact that we’ve never fished there, nothing else.

Our views are from our impressions of the place. If the fishery has a web site, we’ve included a link, for those that don’t we’ve added the appropriate phone number.

Once again this is purely subjective. You know what I mean, just because you’ve had rotten weather or never caught doesn’t mean its a badly run place. In fact its usually on those days that the owners/managers come up trumps, with a cuppa, and a kind word or two, which makes you want to go back and try your luck again.

To be honest here we’ve only found a couple of duff venues in 15 years of fishing, and both of those have since closed.
