Lindores Loch. A smashing place for a days fishing. Its fairly shallow, therefore can produce top of the water action on even some of the most surprising days. We’ve picked up fish pretty much all over the loch, the only problem can be drifting your way past the anchored boats. You’re always guaranteed a friendly welcome here, plenty of good advice, and there are usually a selection of flies, and other bits and bobs that you may have forgotten.

Leave the M90 at Jct. 8, follow the A91 through Auchtermuchty. There’s a junction a couple of miles further on for Collessie, turn left here, the fishery is just a couple of miles further on.

Be aware, I would phone the lodge before going for a days fishing, as the loch was closed in early June due to a problem with algae.
